REFUND POLICY

Madisarshop.com requires contact within 1 business days by the customer if there are any errors in the order/ or if the goods are not delivered as per order inclusions. The customer is required to call or or Watsapp on +91 8344422444 (or) +91 9339999111, or email support@madisarshop.com along with the order ID, to receive a return/refund approval email/message. The customer has 1 week to return item to madisarshop.com once the authorization email/message is given. All returned items will be inspected by our team member & verified with other communications between our team & the customer after placing the order, and issued a refund based on the results of the inspection, as our products are designed to customer’s specific requirements. Genuine cases where the fault lies with us will be definitely attended to in favour of the customer.

PACKING ITEMS TO RETURN

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Damaged returns will not be refunded and customer must file a claim with the carrier. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return and refund. Shipping cost is not refundable.
